What started out as a quick introduction via LinkedIn in 2022, turned into a coaching opportunity, turned friendship, turned partnership.

We’ve spent the last couple of years heavily discussing mental health and business growth with a variety of amazing women. And we always felt so rejuvenated afterwards!

We loved it so much that we started scheduling monthly “Fill Your Cup” calls where we talked about our businesses, goals and accomplishments, shared feedback and ideas, new habits we’d learned, mental health struggles, and a little venting about something going on in our lives.

Women are natural caregivers and we tend to cater to everyone else before ourselves. But when we are constantly pouring from our cup into everyone else’s, eventually our cup becomes empty. This is how we filled it!

This made such an impact on our lives and that’s why we decided to include it in our new membership community, Flourish.
